The ACTHA irregularly holds community events to promote awareness of reptiles and amphibians.

Hawker Primary Display 2009

This year the ACTHA supported Hawker Primary School by holding a display of reptiles. All proceeds from the event were donated to the school.

Christmas Party 2008

The annual ACTHA Christmas Party was held at the Australian National Botanic Gardens this year where members were treated with fine food and a guided tour of the gardens nurseries.

In 2007 ACTHA attempted to raise awareness of reptiles and amphibians in the community by holding a display of reptiles at the Tidbinbilla Extravaganza.
