Hello everyone and welcome to the ACT Herpetological Association forums.  The forums are a great way to connect with others who have an interest in herpetology and conservation in the ACT and Southern Tablelands region.  

There are forums to discuss:

• Travel
• Reptiles as pets
• Local sightings of reptiles, amphibians or anything else
• Buy and sell privately bred animals and just about anything else!

At this stage the main thing for you to be aware of is that photos and images that you upload onto the forums must be resized, and preferably quality reduced to make the files smaller.

Photos that you upload onto the forums should be:

• A maximum of 1000 pixels wide
• A maximum of 300kb (kilobytes)

You can do this for free using online tools (shrinkpictures.com) or by downloading free software (Visualiser Photo Resize).
